Hi, I’m Jane. Your Osteopath.
My introduction to osteopathy was as a child; osteopathic treatment became the first point call and mainstay for many ailments, aches and pains.
I bring to my osteopathic treatment a passion for people. This drives me to work with patients to help facilitate positive change in their health journey, returning their bodies to a state where they can be active in family, work, community and play. I have a special interest in visceral and cranial osteopathy and am engaged in on going professional development in these areas.

When assessing your body and its experiences, impacts, injuries both past and present, I view the findings as layers that can lead to the cause of your current presentation. Each individuals’ personal circumstances and how these affect the current state of the body are considered as part of the whole picture.
I am a highly trained health professional who has completed a Bachelor of applied Science and a Masters of Osteopathy (Hons), a total of five years full time training. Osteopaths must be registered with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand, established by the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (HPCA Act) . When not at work, I enjoy being creative in the kitchen and pottery studio, riding my Vespa and getting out to beaches and parks to ground myself in nature.
